We are a growing, family-owned dental practice with a team of four dedicated dentists, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Office Receptionist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front office flow
• Support our clinical team by creating a positive, comfortable patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dental or medical office experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
