We're seeking interns to support our Director of Global Clinical Leadership in building a worldwide network of licensed clinical professionals who serve as change agents within Fortune 500 companies and grassroots communities.

## **The Opportunity**
As a Clinical Leadership Development Intern, you'll support the recruitment, training, and coordination of licensed clinical social workers who apply their skills as purpose-driven leaders rather than traditional therapists. You'll gain hands-on experience in global team coordination, corporate partnership development, and innovative applications of clinical expertise.
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with recruitment outreach to clinical professionals across multiple countries and licensing jurisdictions
- Support development of training materials that translate clinical skills to organizational contexts
- Help coordinate virtual team meetings across global time zones
- Research ethical guidelines and professional standards for clinical professionals in business settings
- Assist with database management tracking clinical professional credentials and specializations
- Support communication between Director and distributed clinical team members
- Contribute to content creation for clinical professional onboarding and development
- Help organize virtual professional development sessions and peer learning opportunities
## **What You'll Bring**
- Currently enrolled in Social Work, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related graduate program
- Interest in clinical social work and non-traditional applications of therapeutic skills

## **Position Details**
**Duration:** 10-15 hours per week, flexible scheduling to accommodate academic requirements
