As Director, you'll build and manage a worldwide network of 25-50 licensed clinical social workers serving as change agents within corporations and communities. These professionals use clinical training to facilitate purpose discovery, navigate organizational resistance, and create sustainable behavioral change at scale.

- Recruit and onboard clinical professionals across multiple countries and time zones
- Design training programs translating therapeutic techniques to corporate environments
- Develop ethical guidelines for using clinical skills in business contexts without providing therapy
- Coordinate Fortune 500 partnership integration and grassroots community initiatives
- Create performance management systems for distributed clinical professionals
- Establish quality assurance protocols ensuring consistent global service delivery
## **What You'll Bring**
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10+ years experience
- 5+ years managing clinical teams or programs in non-traditional settings
