Mind Body Program is looking for an independent contractor on a full or part time basis. Work remotely or in office or both. Work as little or much as youd like. All referrals provided. Beautifully furnished office space, wifi, fax, and parking,included. Professional billing service provided. Candidate is required to hold a WI professional license. LCSW, LPC, LPC or LPC-IT, PH.D, Psy.D Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or any other licensable mental health degree accepted. Candidates with an NPI, CAQH #, and are credentialed with insurance panels preferred. Pay will be based on the contracted percentage of weekly receivable. Work as much or as little as you want. Make your own schedule. Get paid weekly. Earn $100-$125 per hour. Bonus pay structure provided. Full time work has the potential of earning $150,000+. Minimal paperwork and record keeping. Be your own boss.
