Security Officer Customer Experience
I’m currently working at the airport as a security officer; mine duties are to check badges that they are not expire, or damage,and make sure they are who they say they are on the picture. Check their personal belongings and make sure they don’t bring anything in that’s prohibited.I also inspect vehicles at the gate making sure they have badges,companies name tag on their vehicles and if they are escorting checking the stop list to making sure they have access to enter and they are clear . I also work for JCPenney at deer brook mall mine duties there are to promote credit cards, audit cash drawer beginning and ending of the shift, provide English/Spanish translation as on as needed basis to provide great customer experience.Organized,restock merchandise,process customers payments, refunds and returns
