Account Manager

About Us: Fire Systems Group is a leading provider of life safety solutions in the Denver metro area. We protect businesses, properties, and lives by delivering top-tier commercial fire alarm systems. We are growing and looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and manage key client relationships.Position OverviewYou will manage existing client accounts and hunt for new commercial sales opportunities. This role requires a blend of technical industry knowledge and strong sales closing skills. You will work closely with property managers, electrical contractors, and business owners to provide custom fire alarm solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales: Identify and close new commercial fire alarm sales opportunities.
Manage Accounts: Build long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Consultative Selling: Assess client buildings to recommend compliant fire alarm systems.
Create Estimates: Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotes, and bid presentations.
Collaborate: Work with our engineering and installation teams for smooth project handoffs.
Track Performance: Maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM system.

Required Qualifications

Industry Experience: Minimum 2 3 years in the commercial fire alarm industry.
Sales Track Record: Proven success in B2B sales or account management.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Denver and Springs commercial real estate or construction market.
Code Familiarity: Basic understanding of NFPA codes and local Denver fire codes.
Travel: Ability to travel locally to client sites across the Front Range.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 per year.
Commission: Uncapped commission structure based on sales performance.
