is seeking an organized, creative, and customer-focused Remote Travel and Marketing Coordinator. This role combines travel coordination, client communication, administrative support, and digital marketing activities.

The coordinator will assist clients with researching and organizing travel arrangements while supporting the company’s approved marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, destinations, schedules, and budgets.
Research flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and travel packages.
Prepare travel options and itineraries based on each client’s stated needs.
Assist with reservations, payment deadlines, documentation, and itinerary updates.
Review names, dates, prices, confirmation numbers, and reservation details for accuracy.
Respond professionally to client questions through telephone, email, or approved communication platforms.
Coordinate with travel suppliers when reservation assistance or clarification is needed.
Create and schedule approved content for social media, email, and other digital channels.
Assist with promotional calendars, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
Write clear, accurate descriptions of destinations, travel services, and available offers.
Track basic marketing results, including engagement, inquiries, and campaign responses.
Maintain accurate client, reservation, and marketing records in company systems.
Follow company branding, privacy, advertising, and communication guidelines.
Protect confidential client and payment information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, internet browsers, online forms, video-conferencing platforms, and common office applications.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital content creation.
Ability to learn and navigate reservation, customer-management, and marketing systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to create clear, accurate, and appropriate marketing content.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
Reliable internet access and a suitable remote workspace.
Ability to work independently while following company procedures.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Previous experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality, travel coordination, social media, or administration is preferred but not required.
