Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Insurance Restoration
Growing roofing and storm restoration company in Oklahoma City is hiring an Outside Sales Representative.
This is a field-based role in residential roofing and insurance restoration. You'll meet homeowners, inspect roofs, document storm damage, and guide clients through their insurance claims managing each job from first contact to final invoice. You build your own pipeline through door knocking, networking, and referrals.
This is real field work. You will knock on doors. You will climb roofs. You will own your pipeline. If you're looking for leads handed to you or a desk sales job, this isn't the right fit.
COMPENSATION
Commission-based, uncapped. Paid WEEKLY, not monthly. First-year reps typically earn $45,000-$75,000, with experienced producers earning more. Our commission rate is above the typical roofing model.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
People who can sell and aren't afraid to knock doors
Sales, roofing, or insurance restoration experience is a strong plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs
Organized with documentation and follow-up
