Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor

• Conduct initial assessments & behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data.
• Provide active parent training and continuous clinical support.
• Ensure ethical service delivery under ̲B̲A̲C̲B̲ ̲s̲t̲a̲n̲d̲a̲r̲d̲s̲.

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA Certification preferred (Exam-eligible candidates highly encouraged!).
• Strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
