Senior Software Engineer (0056-0004)

Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions using Python and React.js on the GCP infrastructure; Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical leader within the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior engineers and drive best practices in software engineering and architecture; Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals; Code Quality: Ensure the highest standards of code quality, performance, and security by conducting code reviews, testing, and maintaining documentation; Project Management: Take ownership of key projects, manage timelines, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with broader company objectives; Mentorship: Act as a mentor and coach to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation; and Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Education and Experience Requirements

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a substantially related field; Six (6) years of Work Experience as a Software Engineer; Languages/Frameworks: Java, Python, TypeScript, Spring Boot, React; Distributed Systems/Stores: PostgreSQL, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, Amazon VPC, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECR,Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon MQ, Fivetran, Snowflake, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, gRPC; and Tools: PagerDuty, Splunk, Rollbar, Datadog, Grafana, Jenkins, CircleCI.
