Media & Entertainment Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Media & Entertainment practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigator who thrives on precision, strategy, and collaboration and who wants to work on some of the most high-profile and intellectually engaging matters in the entertainment, media, and technology industries.

What You'll Do:

Represent leading companies and creators across entertainment, media, and technology

Litigate complex matters involving film, television, digital content, and emerging technologies, including AI

Play a substantive role in litigation and counseling matters, including discovery, motion practice, and case strategy

Collaborate closely with partners and clients, gaining hands-on experience and increased responsibility

What You Bring:

3 5 years (ONLY) of litigation experience - media/entertainment strongly preferred

Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills, with a demonstrated commitment to improving brief writing

Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong client-service orientation

Active admission to practice law in California

Candidates must have stellar academic credentials, Am 100/200 or large regional law firm experience

Hybrid- LA or San Francisco
