About the Role
Integrated Security Partners is seeking a polished, dependable, and customer focused On Call Security/Concierge to support the luxury high rise community at 1100 Wilshire. This role provides coverage for call outs, vacations, and peak operational needs. Ideal for candidates who want flexible hours while working in a premier residential environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lobby & Concierge Presence Greet residents and guests, maintain a professional front desk environment, and deliver high quality customer service.
Access Control Monitor entry points, manage visitor access, and enforce building security protocols.
CCTV Monitoring Observe surveillance systems and report suspicious or unsafe activity.
Patrols Conduct interior and exterior patrols, documenting safety, maintenance, or security concerns.
Incident Reporting Complete accurate, timely reports for security, safety, and resident related incidents.
Emergency Response Follow established procedures for fire alarms, medical emergencies, and building evacuations.
Communication Coordinate with building management, engineering, parking, and security leadership.
Package Management Receive, log, store, and organize incoming packages; ensure accurate check-out to residents.

Qualifications
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required)
- Pepper Spray Certified (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations
- High rise, residential, hospitality, or concierge style security experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to accept shifts on short notice
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
