SAP Business Analyst Manager (0030-0004)

Oversee a team of SAP Business Analysts responsible for analyzingbusiness requirements and implementing solutions within SAP system.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs andensure that team delivers high-quality solutions that meet those needs.Collaborate with users, developers, and business analysts to investigateand resolve complex technical challenges within the SAP modules Act asIT Business Partner serving as the strategic interface between IT andassigned business unit(s) to collaborate in planning and prioritizing goalsand initiatives to shape the demand for all IT products and services.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and businessleaders to ensure that the team has a deep understanding of the businesssstrategic goals and objectives. Configure SAP modules and componentsto meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices andstandards. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of SAPsolutions. Document support activities, including troubleshooting steps,resolutions, and user interactions, for future reference and knowledgesharing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP functionality andintegration with other systems. Troubleshoot technical issues reported byusers, including system errors, data discrepancies, and process-relatedproblems. Analyze business processes and requirements to identify areasof improvement. Develop and implement SAP solutions to improvebusiness processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and supportthe documentation of business processes. Conduct system testing andtroubleshooting to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs. Train end-users on new SAP functionality and processes.

HOURS: 40 hours per week (9 am to 6 pm)

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related degree discipline followed by six (6) years of progressive experience in the specialty field.
