Location: Long Island City, NY 11101 (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Position Summary
Should be available for working in any shift as follows:
6am-2pm, 6:30am-2:30pm, 7am-3pm,7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm,9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm and 4pm-12am.

Key Responsibilities
Handles Heavy Incoming Call Volume
Use computer databases and information technology systems to research information needed to respond to and track the progress of responses to customer inquiries.
Send escalation emails and create service requests for unresolved matters that need fur.
Review, correct and issue Default resulting from Pre-Hearing Conference.

Required Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
Utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting.
Data entry experience and a minimum of 25 wpm typing skills, open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6am to 12am.

Core Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
