What You'll Do
Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
Learn about each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Educate clients on available plans, features, and benefits.
Guide clients through the enrollment process while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communications.
Stay current on product knowledge, industry updates, and compliance requirements.
Consistently achieve performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
