Benefits Representative (Work From Home)

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Benefits Representative to assist individuals and families in understanding their supplemental benefit options through scheduled virtual appointments. In this role, you'll educate clients, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients through scheduled virtual or phone appointments
Educate clients on available supplemental benefit options based on their needs
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information regarding coverage
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records while following company policies and compliance standards
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an asset
Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and speaking with clients by phone
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient with basic computer applications and technology
Willingness to complete any required licensing with training provided
