AI Partner Enablement & Solutions Manager
Headquartered in Boston, MA - Telecommute Position; Fully Remote
Manage the deployment, enablement, and continuous improvement of HTS Assist company’s agentic voice and chat assistant for travel partners. Ensure that every partner’s implementation of HTS Assist is optimized for performance, reliability, and customer experience. Lead integration efforts across telephony, CRM, and travel systems, provide AI quality oversight, and act as the primary operational liaison between partners, Product, and Engineering. Act as first line of ownership for new partner launches, operating like a technical CSM, ensuring smooth onboarding, stable deployments, and measurable results. Collaborate cross-functionally to define scalable frameworks, monitor AI performance, and continuously improve ability to deliver exceptional automated service experiences across the travel industry. Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of HTS Assist for partner environments across channels. Monitor system health and AI performance using analytics tools, identifying and addressing latency, accuracy, or quality issues. Drive continuous improvement in orchestration, integrations, and automation to enhance scalability and partner satisfaction. Act as the operational and technical point of contact during onboarding for new partners. Lead integration efforts with telephony providers, CRM and ticketing systems, and travel platforms. Translate partner requirements into deployment configurations and ensure readiness for go-live. Define and track HTS Assist performance metrics including conversation accuracy, escalation frequency, latency, and adherence to partner policies. Design experiments and analyze conversation data to improve HTS Assist outcomes, leveraging SQL, Python, and other data tools to identify trends and performance gaps. Partner with Engineering to define, implement and refine quality metrics for HTS Assist, including accuracy, escalation rate, and response effectiveness. Contribute to prompt engineering and test new conversational behaviors to ensure the assistant meets partner brand tone and customer expectations. Coordinate and prioritize work across Product Ops Analysts, Engineering, and Product teams to meet partner commitments. Develop repeatable implementation frameworks and operational playbooks for future deployments. Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows, improving efficiency and consistency across integrations. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary operational contact for partners post-launch. Manage expectations, communicate progress transparently, and ensure partner satisfaction through proactive issue management. Align internal roadmaps with partner needs and advocate for product improvements informed by data and field feedback. Build and interpret dashboards to monitor HTS Assist adoption, performance, and partner health. Use insights to identify areas of improvement, inform prioritization, and influence product decisions. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and partner stakeholders in clear, data-driven narratives
HOURS: 40 hours per week

Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the specialty field.
