BlockRouteLabs is hiring engineers to build institutional-grade algorithmic trading infrastructure for digital asset markets.

We build production-grade systems for on-chain trading, including strategy research, backtesting and simulation infrastructure, DEX/RPC integrations, execution pipelines, monitoring, deployment, and blockchain infrastructure.

We are currently hiring for remote full-time engineering roles:

* Quant / Strategy Engineer
* Backtesting / Simulation Engineer
* Backend Trading Systems Engineer
* DevOps / Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for engineers who care about real production trading problems: realistic backtesting, latency, slippage, market microstructure, transaction failures, RPC instability, reconciliation, secure key handling, monitoring, and 24/7 reliability.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with one or more of the following:

Solana, DeFi, crypto spot markets, DEX integrations, trading bots, backtesting systems, market-data pipelines, async backend services, Python, Rust, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, Prometheus, Grafana, or blockchain RPC infrastructure.
