Position Overview

As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You'll work closely with department leaders to ensure effective hiring, employee engagement, compliance, and HR policy implementation across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead recruiting efforts for restaurant and administrative positions
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate HR records
Advise supervisors on employee relations and performance matters
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee HR support
Assist with performance review programs and staff development initiatives
Help strengthen employee retention and workplace culture
Support workforce planning and organizational growth strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience
Background in hospitality, food service, or retail is preferred
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is considered an asset
