We're hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our commercial fire protection team serving the Ashland, VA area.

What You'll Do:
As a Fire Sprinkler Fitter, you'll install, modify, and repair commercial fire sprinkler systems while ensuring all work meets project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable fire codes.

Responsibilities include:
- Install, modify, and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, and assemble pipe using hand and power tools
- Hang and secure piping systems, including supports and seismic bracing
- Ensure work complies with NFPA standards and company quality expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with foremen, apprentices, and other trades to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Completion of a recognized Fire Sprinkler Fitter Apprenticeship
- Commercial fire sprinkler installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations
- Experience measuring, threading, grooving, and assembling sprinkler piping
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and work with construction materials and tools

No NICET certifications or state licenses are required.
