Position Summary

The HR Manager will oversee all major HR functions, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains talented employees. This role works closely with restaurant managers and executive leadership to support hiring, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

Core Responsibilities
Direct recruiting activities for restaurant, management, and office staff
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee transition processes
Maintain accurate HR records and personnel documentation
Advise supervisors on employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations
Coordinate benefits administration and employee support programs
Help implement performance management and training initiatives
Develop strategies to improve retention, morale, and workplace culture
Prepare HR reports and provide workforce recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources management experience
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail is highly preferred
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or comparable certification is considered a plus
