Sales Associate Stretch Zone

A Stretch Zone Sales Associate is essentially the face of the studio this role requires assisting all members and guests as needed and establishing relationships to support member growth and retention, and the Sales Associate is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio.

Membership sales driving membership sales to each guest who comes into the studio is the primary job
Front desk/customer service greeting everyone who comes in with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering phones, returning messages, and assisting members with general concerns
Closing demo sessions completing intake of clients for demo sessions, reviewing membership details, closing the sale, and scheduling the next session if applicable
Member retention following daily operation guides, providing exceptional service, and maintaining consistent follow-ups
Building sales culture maintaining and reinforcing a positive sales culture, since the SA also orchestrates delivery of superior customer service and performance relative to the studio's revenue goals
Community engagement engaging with local events and businesses to help bring in new members
