Job Title Quality Assurance Specialist
Location Lower Manhattan, NY
Duration 3+ months with Possibility extension
Hours Weekly: 35/hrs weekly
Fully Onsite role
Description of Work & Skills Desired:
Inspect each roof under warranty at least semiannually; and (2) coordinate with Property Management Staff to remove any debris from the roof, clean the drains, and as needed, repair flashing and brickwork, replace caulking, patch seems, and perform any other maintenance work needed to prevent leaks and address conditions that could jeopardize the roof’s integrity.
