Duties

Provide compassionate childcare and caregiving support, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and seniors alike
Assist with cooking nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs
Manage household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, sanitation, and space optimization to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
Organize materials, move furniture or belongings as needed, and assist with packing or unpacking during relocations or travel preparations
Drive clients safely using scheduling software to coordinate appointments, errands, or outings
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service
Support hospitality functions by managing client interactions, organizing events, or assisting with property management tasks
Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills in English
Prior experience in caregiving, childcare, hospitality, or property management preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Knowledge of cooking, cleaning, sanitation practices, and residential cleaning techniques
Ability to operate driving vehicles safely and confidently
Familiarity with scheduling software and client communication tools
Experience working with seniors or providing personal assistance is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
