Benefits Representative (Work From Home)

As a Benefits Representative, you'll meet with clients virtually to review their available benefits, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

What You'll Be Doing
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
Review available benefit programs and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
Help clients understand the value of their available benefits and answer any questions they may have.
Assist with enrollment paperwork and digital documentation.
Ensure customer records remain accurate and up to date.
Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional service before, during, and after enrollment.
Stay current on products, procedures, and industry updates through ongoing training.
