### Job Summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Plymouth is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while treating every client with dignity and respect.

### Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
* Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.
* Provide medication reminders.
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
* Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
* Monitor changes in clients' physical or mental condition and report concerns promptly.
* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
* Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.

### Qualifications

* CNA, HHA, PCA, or at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
* Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
