Position Overview

As a Flexible Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients in planning personalized vacations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will research destinations, coordinate travel arrangements, and help clients organize memorable trips from the comfort of your home.

This fully remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for individuals who are organized, enjoy helping others, and have an interest in travel.

No previous experience in the travel industry is required.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and vacation packages
Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details
Recommend travel options that best fit client needs
Respond to client questions professionally and promptly
Maintain organized client records and booking information
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and travel updates
Stay informed about destination information and travel industry trends
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, and online applications
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or retail experience is helpful but not required
