We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Planning Specialists.

Position Overview

As a Travel Planning Specialist, you will assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel experiences that match their preferences and budget. You'll provide exceptional customer service while helping clients plan memorable vacations from beginning to end.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a flexible schedule. No previous travel industry experience is required. We welcome applicants with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills who are eager to build a career in travel.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and vacation packages
Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details
Recommend travel options based on each client's needs
Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
Respond to client questions in a professional and timely manner
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and travel updates
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
No prior travel industry experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based applications
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or retail experience is helpful but not required
