Job Description:
Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in .NET, SQL Server, AWS Integration, Cloud Migration, Data Migration, ETL, and AI-enabled development. This is a technical leadership role requiring someone who can independently lead projects, make technical decisions, mentor developers, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with proven experience designing and developing .NET applications, integrating cloud-based systems, leading cloud migration and data migration initiatives, and leveraging AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.

Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting Patient Access platforms, specialty pharmacy workflows, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, patient enrollment, or related healthcare patient services is a significant advantage and would be considered a home run.

Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills are essential.

• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience.
• Patient Access experience would be a home run, especially experience with:
