Elementary Teacher - 3rd Grade

South Bay Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our growing team for the 2026 2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Support the school's mission and values

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; degree in Education or a related field preferred
Bachelor's degree and previous experience in education
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
