Seven B's and No Campus
If the problem is that lived experience goes unnamed, and therefore unmonetized and undervalued, then the fix has to be an institution that names it constantly, and names it early ideally before a student ever reaches the point where a major has already narrowed the field. That is the design brief the School for Humans Flourishing was built against, and it shows in almost every structural choice the school has made. There is no campus. Delivery is entirely remote. Every participant is paired with a one-to-one mentor and a weekly cohort meeting, on what the school's own materials describe as "your time, your schedule." There are no lecture halls to fill and, not coincidentally, no lecture-hall economics to justify.
