Chief Executive Officer
The client is seeking a dynamic, strategic CEO to lead a Jewish community center mission focused on enriching the lives of the Jewish community and the broader community through educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities. The organization values welcoming participation across backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs, with a strong emphasis on creating intergenerational connections and supporting Jewish identity through a broad range of programs for children, teens, young adults, and seniors. The client seeks a proven leader with strong fundraising capability and the ability to serve as a community partner and collaborator. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent staff and operational management skills and an ability to lead in an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and welcomes all. The role requires thoughtful leadership within a minority community context and includes a demonstrated capacity to engage donors, partners, and stakeholders to sustain and expand comprehensive programming.
