Chief Executive Officer
the client seeks a collaborative and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission and operations as the official tourism organization for Door County. The CEO will provide strategic direction, foster a strong organizational culture, and guide efforts to support the region’s tourism goals through effective leadership and partnerships. Key responsibilities include setting and executing the organization’s strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring programs and initiatives align with the organization’s objectives. The CEO will be expected to represent the organization externally, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to enhance impact and service quality. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a collaborative approach and the ability to think strategically while managing organizational priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are expected, along with the capacity to lead a mission-driven organization and inspire teams to deliver results.
