the client invites nominations and applications for the Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer (VPAF/CFO) position. This role offers the opportunity to lead a thriving educational organization located approximately 35 miles east of Los Angeles and serving a diverse student population across liberal arts and professional programs focused on career preparation and lifelong learning. the client is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking finance executive to drive change and transformation while balancing competing priorities and ensuring effective resource management. Reporting directly to the organization’s president, the VPAF/CFO will partner with senior leaders and financial stakeholders to advance the organization’s strategic, financial, and operational vision, helping translate priorities into actionable plans. The VPAF/CFO will develop and implement financial strategy with oversight of key functional areas, including finance and business services, facilities, human resources, and campus safety. The ideal candidate will establish a clear financial roadmap and demonstrate the leadership ability to develop, motivate, and guide teams and collaborate with shared governance stakeholders to achieve desired administrative and financial outcomes.
