**Compensation:** $180,000 $220,000 Base + Competitive Equity

Backed by leading venture capital firms and experienced technology leaders, the company is building AI-powered solutions that automate patient engagement, care coordination, insurance workflows, and healthcare operations.

As a **Senior AI Engineer**, you'll play a foundational role in designing and scaling production-grade AI systems that continuously improve from real-world interactions. Working closely with the founding team, you'll develop voice AI, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and reinforcement learning pipelines that directly impact patient outcomes.

## What You'll Do

* Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents for voice and workflow automation.
* Develop Voice AI solutions to automate patient outreach and interactions with insurance providers, vendors, and healthcare organizations.
* Build autonomous multi-agent systems for care coordination, prior authorizations, medical equipment delivery, and related healthcare workflows.
* Create evaluation frameworks that measure agent performance and quality across production environments.
* Design reinforcement learning and feedback pipelines that enable AI systems to improve continuously using real-world data.
* Build AI copilots that assist human care advocates with real-time recommendations and workflow automation.
* Collaborate closely with founders to define the AI roadmap and evaluate emerging LLM and agent technologies.
* Architect scalable systems capable of supporting significant growth while maintaining high reliability and performance.

## What We're Looking For

* 1 10 years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
* Hands-on experience building production AI, LLM, Voice AI, or agentic applications.
* Strong programming skills in **Python**.
* Experience developing distributed backend systems and cloud-native applications.
* Familiarity with reinforcement learning, evaluation frameworks, or AI feedback loops is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of modern LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, or agent frameworks.
* Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with significant ownership.
