Job Title: Experienced Housekeeper

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

Compensation: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

Two Full-Time Positions Available

Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Shift 2: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Both positions are eight-hour shifts with a three-hour overlap to ensure seamless household coverage during the busiest part of the day.

Overview:

Private Argentine principals in Manhattan Beach are seeking two experienced, detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain a beautiful private residence to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for polished professionals who take pride in creating an impeccably clean, organized, and well-maintained home.

The ideal candidates have experience working in private residences and possess exceptional laundry and wardrobe care skills. They are proactive, highly organized, discreet, and committed to maintaining a home with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping throughout the residence
• Daily cleaning and detailed deep cleaning as needed
• Expert laundry care, including washing, hand washing, stain treatment, ironing, steaming, folding, and garment care
• Maintaining an organized, immaculate, high-end wardrobe, including closets, shoes, handbags, and accessories
• Proper care of designer clothing, luxury fabrics, linens, and delicate garments according to manufacturer specifications
• Changing bed linens and making beds
• Organizing closets, pantries, and household storage areas
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Caring for fine furnishings, artwork, and luxury finishes using the appropriate cleaning techniques
• Monitoring household supplies and notifying the employer when replenishment is needed
• Assisting with household errands and special projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Housekeeper in a private residence preferred
• Exceptional laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe management skills
• Experience caring for designer clothing, luxury linens, and delicate fabrics
• Strong knowledge of garment care, fabric treatments, and closet organization
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, discreet, dependable, and trustworthy
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Outstanding verifiable references required
