Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are interested in learning the travel industry while assisting clients with vacation planning, destination research, and customer service support.

This is a flexible, remote independent contractor opportunity with training and mentorship provided. No prior travel industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, tours, and other travel options Assist clients with planning and booking personalized travel experiences Answer questions and provide professional customer service throughout the planning process Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after travel Build positive client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals Stay informed about destinations, travel suppliers, promotions, and industry updates Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Experience

Customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative, or travel experience is helpful but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and online platforms Able to work independently and manage time effectively Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn Reliable internet access and access to a computer or mobile device
