Job Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, high-energy Brand Ambassador to represent our restaurant in the local community. You will be the first point of contact for potential guests, generating buzz, distributing promotional materials, and driving foot traffic to our location.

Key Responsibilities
Foot Traffic Generation: Canvas high-traffic local areas (e.g., downtown districts, shopping centers, local events, near competitor locations) to attract pedestrians to the restaurant.

Sampling & Collateral Distribution: Hand out food/drink samples, menus, VIP passes, and exclusive promotional items to the public.

Guest Engagement: Proactively approach strangers with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor to explain restaurant concepts, daily specials, and unique selling points.

Event Activation: Assist with the setup and breakdown of promotional booths, banners, or pop-up tables during community events.

Social Media Amplification: Encourage consumers to take photos, use designated restaurant hashtags, and follow our social media pages.

Feedback Collection: Gather basic customer insights and track interaction metrics to help the management team measure promotion ROI

Qualifications & Requirements

Appearance & Demeanor: Maintain a polished, professional, and approachable appearance in line with brand image standards.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication with the ability to comfortably interact with large crowds and diverse demographics.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently outdoors in varying weather conditions.
