Position: RN Occupational Health or Urgent Care
Location: Fond du Lac, WI
Status: Part-time, 10 hours per week
Clinic Type: Clinic
Salary: $45-$48 per hour depending on experience with a $500 sign on bonus
Duties:
Evaluation and treatment of minor injuries and illnesses
Medical emergencies response
Case management and return to work accommodations
Medical compliance exams
Wellness and health education
Requirements:
Current RN license in WI
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
CPR certification
2-3 years of experience in urgent care, emergency or occupational health preferred
Workers’ Comp. experience preferred
