Are you an experienced field marketing professional, lead generator, telemarketer, canvassing leader, sales professional, or event promoter looking to take the next step in your career?

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Field Marketing Trainer to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives who generate qualified appointments at home shows, sporting events and games, fairs, festivals, retail locations, and community events.

This is an active leadership position not a desk job. You'll work alongside your team, demonstrate proven lead-generation techniques, provide real-time coaching, and help develop future leaders while driving results.

Responsibilities
* Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new Sales Development Representatives.
* Coach employees on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.
* Lead by example by generating qualified appointments alongside your team at home shows, sporting events, retail locations, fairs, festivals, and community events.
* Travel between local event venues and retail locations.
* Monitor performance, provide ongoing coaching, and drive team results.
* Help build and expand one of Pennsylvania's fastest-growing field marketing teams.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, outside sales, field marketing, canvassing, prospecting, sports marketing, event promoting, or appointment setting.
* Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching, supervising, or leading a sales or marketing team preferred.
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive, competitive attitude and a passion for developing others.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Weekend availability is required. Flexible weekday scheduling is provided.
