Backroads PA Local Services LLC is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Call Center Representatives to contact homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services. This is not cold calling you'll be speaking with warm leads using a simple, proven script to schedule free in-home design consultations.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
* Contact homeowners who previously requested information or expressed interest in our services.
* Use a simple, pre-written script to explain current promotions and special offers.
* Schedule qualified homeowners for free design consultations with our field consultants.
* Answer common customer questions using company-provided information.
* Accurately update customer information and appointment details in our system.
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every call.
* Meet daily and weekly appointment goals while earning performance bonuses.

What We're Looking For

* Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
* Friendly, professional phone voice.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural.
* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
* Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, collections, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
* Must be reliable and eager to learn.
