ERP & Manufacturing Systems Specialist

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Manage, maintain, and support enterprise manufacturing systems, including ERP, MOM/MES, WMS, QMS, SCADA/DAS, and related manufacturing applications.
• Administer manufacturing systems supporting production, quality, inventory, logistics, shipping, and customer operations while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Monitor and reconcile production, inventory, material, serial number, LOT traceability, and shipping data to ensure data accuracy and operational integrity.
• Support manufacturing operations by processing work orders, production transactions, inventory adjustments, barcode scanning, label generation, and rework activities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues and resolve production, warehouse, logistics, inventory, and shipping system errors.
• Coordinate with corporate headquarters, software developers, vendors, and plant personnel to support system implementation, testing, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Support customer EDI and ASN transactions by validating electronic data, shipping information, and customer labeling requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and provide technical support for customer audits, inventory audits, information security assessments, and manufacturing-related IT equipment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting enterprise or manufacturing information systems in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Required experience supporting ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS), including production, inventory, logistics, shipping, serial number management, and LOT traceability processes.
• Preferred experience with MOM/MES, QMS, SCADA/DAS, EDI/ASN, Microsoft SQL Server, barcode scanning systems, label printing systems, Microsoft Office applications, or other manufacturing information systems.
