Location: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) Home-Based Assignment
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

Position Summary
BTL Technologies is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one personal care and workplace support services to a VA employee under an approved Reasonable Accommodation Agreement. This role supports the employee’s daily living needs, mobility, positioning, and workstation accommodations in a home-based work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, eating, drinking, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility, positioning, and ergonomic support throughout the workday.
• Adjust wheelchair and workstation equipment for comfort and accessibility.
• Assist with work-related tasks, including document handling and phone support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Required Qualifications
CNA
• Current California CNA Certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of acute care or long-term care experience.
LVN
• Current unrestricted LVN license.
• Minimum one (1) year of direct patient care experience within the last three years.
Required Certifications
• Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities or rehabilitation needs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-care setting.
• Experience with patient positioning, mobility assistance, and ergonomic accommodations.
Additional Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and assist with patient positioning.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Real ID or valid U.S. Passport required for credentialing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
