Work-From-Home Travel Advisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Work From Home Travel Advisor to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating vacations. This remote position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Whether you're new to the travel industry or have previous customer service experience, we're looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn and enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
Assist clients with booking travel arrangements
Coordinate travel itineraries and reservation details
Respond to client questions in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate client records
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms
Reliable internet connection
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
