Remote Travel Advisor Entry Level

Position Overview

Whispering Willow Journeys is looking for an Entry-Level Remote Travel Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations. This is a work-from-home opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service, organization, and helping others.

No previous experience as a Travel Advisor is required. We value professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning vacations based on their interests and budget
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details
Answer client questions professionally and promptly
Maintain organized client records and travel information
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations
Stay informed about travel destinations and industry updates
Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
No prior travel industry experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based applications
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
