Remote Travel Planning Specialist

Position Overview

As a Remote Travel Planning Specialist, you will work with clients to organize and coordinate personalized travel experiences. From researching destinations to assisting with reservations and itinerary planning, you'll help ensure every trip is tailored to your clients' needs.

This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule. No prior experience in the travel industry is required. We welcome applicants who have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget
Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages
Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details
Recommend travel options that meet client needs
Respond to client questions professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate client records and booking information
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and travel details
Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based applications
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or sales experience is helpful but not required
