Online Travel Experience Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Travel Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating memorable travel experiences. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, research travel options, coordinate reservations with travel suppliers, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple travel requests.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Research and coordinate travel experiences, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation details.
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online messaging.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Stay informed about travel supplier offerings, destination information, and travel guidelines.
Provide timely follow-up and support before, during, and after travel as needed.
Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, internet research, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and the ability to learn web-based systems.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
