Position 1: Primary Care Physician Outpatient Practice (Value-Based Care)
Role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a primarily geriatric population in a collaborative Monday Friday environment.

Position 2: Primary Care Physician Outpatient Practice
Role-
Provide outpatient primary care with a strong focus on work-life balance. Schedule is Monday Friday with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
