Polisher

Position Summary
Superior Tool Service is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Polisher to join our team. This position is responsible for polishing cutting tools and parts to meet company quality standards. No experience is required we will train the right person.

Responsibilities
• Polish cutting tools and parts to company standards.
• Operate polishing and sandblasting equipment safely.
• Clean and prepare parts before and after polishing.
• Inspect finished parts for quality.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any problems.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Work with other team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Manufacturing or polishing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with others.

Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and dust.
Work Schedule
Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• or
• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required.
