We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to provide case management. patient advocacy. and psychosocial support to individuals and families. The idea candidate will have experience in behavioral health, mental health services, crisis intervention, and care coordination within a healthcare or community-based setting.

Requires:

Master's degree or higher

Social Work (1+ years)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)

Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan (MI)

Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan (MI)

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)

It is a Therapist that is needed but they will need to have a masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure.

Candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure.

Must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional and Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist (SATS) credentials within 120 days of hire.

Must possess a CAADC credential, or be on an active, approved registered MCBAP certification Development Plan within six weeks of hire

Must have the ability to engage adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders, their families and supporters.

Candidates must have the ability to provide trauma-informed care and appropriately handle crisis situations.

Must be able to use technology competently, demonstrate effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and work independently.

Additional requirements include a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs and diverse experiences of adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, their families and providers.

Cannot accept candidates who are on student/work visas, and/or require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at this time.
